Biography


DR. MOHAMMED MAJID AL KHALIDY received his ‎Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from, University ‎of Technology, Iraq, in 2007. Dr. Al Khalidy was a Senior ‎project Engineer in Al- Karama General Company ‎‎(Aerospace Industrial Company), Iraq, Baghdad, 1997– ‎‎2006. He has been a faculty member of the Electrical and ‎Electronics Engineering Department, the University of ‎Bahrain since 2014. He has extensive industrial experience ‎in the field of Aerospace Electronics and Intelligent ‎Control and Guidance Systems. He participated in many ‎international projects. He is a senior member of ‎professional societies such as IEEE and a life member of ‎the Bahrain Society of Engineers. He has served as a ‎steering committee member, session chair, and a member ‎of the technical program committees for numerous ‎international conferences. He has supervised many ‎master’s students and presented several tutorials. Doctor ‎Al Khalidy has published in prestigious journals and ‎conference proceedings, and he has published a book in the ‎field of robotics. His research interests include AI, ‎Intelligent Systems and Robotics, Image Processing, ‎FPGAs, Embedded Systems and SOC, Aerospace Control ‎and Guidance Systems, Systems Modeling, Water ‎treatment, and Sustainable Energy‎

DR. MOHAMMED MAJID AL KHALIDY received his ‎Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from, University ‎of Technology, Iraq, in 2007.
