PhD in Power Electronics Engineering, Imperial College, University of London, 1995, UK He Received his B.Sc. degree (F. Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Bahrain in 1988, and M.Sc. degree in Power Electronics Engineering from University of Bradford in 1990. Dr Al-Mosawi published more than 35 papers in a highly reputed refereed international journals and conferences on Power Electronics Applications and FACTS devices. He has supervised numbers of Master Thesis and currently he is supervising one PhD and two Master Thesis. His research interest includes Power Electronics, FACTS Devices and Control Applications.
