Mrs. Dalya Shams is a Lecturer with a MSc in Construction Management from the University of Strathclyde (UK), and BSc in Architectural Engineering from the University of Bahrain. She teaches Architectural Design, Project Management and Professional courses. Her research aimed to minimize delays in the construction of public building projects in Bahrain by identifying the main causes from the viewpoint of clients, consultants and contractors involved in the projects.
