An enthusiastic designer with an interest in sustainability, technology, and space psychology, Ms. Amal is passionate about engaging with the world through delivering knowledge, experiencing surroundings, and studying human behavior. After graduating from the interior design department at the University of Bahrain in 2013, she completed her master’s degree with distinction in Product Design from Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom in 2015, focusing on creating the best user experience for sustainable packaging. Throughout her previous teaching experience, she emphasized the influence of delivering knowledge to young designers, believing that one teacher can change a student’s life forever. Along with her teaching experience, Ms. Amal also worked in a graphic design studio, where her work focused on the connection between visual design and how it is perceived by users. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD studies in Architecture at the University of Bahrain, with research interests centered on user experience, human-centered designs, and wayfinding within interior spaces.
