Ms. Hala Aabushaqra

Ms. Hala Aabushaqra is an accomplished architect with a passion for design and education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture engineering in 2015 and a Master’s degree in Architecture M. Arch (Urban Design) from the University of Bahrain, graduating with honors. She is working as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Bahrain.  She worked for 7 years on various practical projects such as residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Her research interests are centered on sustainable urban neighborhood design. Ms. Aabushaqra is dedicated to exploring how sustainable principles can be effectively applied to the design of urban neighborhoods, aiming to create resilient, functional, and environmentally responsible communities. Fluent in a variety of drawing and design programs, Ms. Aabushaqra is proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and vary rendering. In her teaching role, Ms. Aabushaqra shares her extensive knowledge with students in courses such as Basic Design, Graphics, AutoCAD, 3ds max, working drawings she teaches, Architectural Design, and Landscape Architecture. Her enthusiasm for these subjects and her ability to convey complex concepts make her a valued educator in the field.
