Electrical Engineering , Power Systems PhD Dr. Khaled Zehar is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department, College of Engineering at the University of Bahrain since September 2008. His area of expertise is Power Systems Engineering. He received his three degrees in Electrical Engineering; B.Sc. from “Ecole Nationale Polytechnique”, Algiers, Algeria in 1983, Master of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y., U.S.A. in 1986, and Ph.D from Clarkson University, Potsdam, N.Y., U.S.A. in 1990.
