د. مهاب منجود حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس والماجستير من جامعة الاسكندرية في عام 1993 و1996 على التوالي، وعلى درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة برادفورد، المملكة المتحدة في عام 2001. عمل كمهندس في تصميم الأقمار الصناعية التجارية بشركة استريو ماير باص جروب،هيرتفورد شاير،المملكة المتحدة. ثم أستاذ مساعد بقسم هندسة الالكترونيات والاتصالات، الأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري، الاسكندرية، مصر. ثم عمل الدكتور منجود أستاذ مساعد زائر بقسم الهندسة الكهربائية وهندسة الحاسبات، جامعة فيرجينيا تك، بلاكسبرج، فرجينيا، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. وهو حاليا أستاذ في هندسة الاتصالات اللاسلكية، قسم الهندسة الكهربائية والالكترونية ،جامعةالبحرين. وقد نشر له أكثر من 60 ورقة بحثية في مؤتمرات ودوريات ومجلات علمية متخصصة. الدكتور منجود عضو خبير بمؤسسة IEEE ومراجع لمجلات ومؤتمرات عالمية مختلفة في تخصص هندسة الاتصالات والهوائيات وكذلك شارك وقاد العديد من المشاريع البحثية الدولية المشتركة. أبحاثه العلمية في مجال تطوير أنظمة الهواتف الخلوية والاتصالات اللاسلكية وشبكات التعاون المعرفي وتقنية الميمو اللاسلكية والموجات الكهرومغناطيسية.

  • 32 years of active research in Electrical and Computer Engineering. (Telecommunications, AI, Deep learning Applications, IoT, Routing Protocols, Applied Electromagnetics, Antennas Design and Advanced Numerical and Optimization Techniques).
  • 24+ years of teaching experience of telecommunications and electronics courses in UK, USA, Egypt and Bahrain.
