The Master of Artificial Intelligence Systems program is designed as a platform for leaders, executives, directors, managers, engineers, researchers, and practitioners seeking to effectively integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies into organizations and businesses to improve performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. The M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence Systems reflects the local, regional, and global demand for advanced AI-driven solutions that support emerging engineering, scientific, industrial, and societal needs. The program provides students with an advanced understanding of the use of AI technologies for both public and private sector applications, including the design, development, management, maintenance, and deployment of intelligent systems and services. In addition, the program equips students with strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to modern AI technologies and intelligent computational methods. Graduates of the program will be prepared for careers in sectors such as healthcare, airports, security, transportation, manufacturing, finance, education, government services, and smart industries. The M.Sc. program also serves as an excellent foundation for doctoral studies and advanced research in Artificial Intelligence and intelligent systems.
The curriculum is structured as a four-semester postgraduate M.Sc. program. The program focuses on three main aspects: Technological Innovations, AI Systems and Framework Modeling, and the consideration of Technical, Economic, Ethical, and Legal Aspects. The curriculum provides strong foundations in:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fundamentals
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Stochastic Modeling and Analysis
- Data analysis and Predictive Analytics
- Intelligent Decision-Support Systems
- Data Modeling and Computational Intelligence
Students work on hands-on projects and practical applications across multiple domains, including healthcare, education, engineering, finance, government services, manufacturing, retail, transportation, and emerging smart systems.

The (M.Sc. in AI Systems Program) Education Objectives are as follows:
PEO1: Provide the students with an in-depth knowledge of modern methods of analysis, design, and management of artificial intelligence systems for diverse application fields touching all aspects of modern life.
PEO2: Provide the students with the ability to meet regional and global needs for AI by carrying out fundamental and applied research using appropriate AI design methods and analysis tools.
PEO3: Broaden and enhance the student’s skills on efficient problem solving, critical thinking, team working, and professional communication.
PEO4: Develop the students’ leadership skills preparing them to play influential roles in society.
PEO5: Enable the students to pursue a Ph.D. degree and other advanced postgraduate studies.
PROGRAM INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES- PILOs
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of the basic principles of Artificial Intelligence Applications.
- Demonstrate engineering competency in Artificial Intelligence Applications areas.
- Demonstrate competency in undertaking in‐depth research, design, analysis, or experimental investigation of some engineering problems involving Artificial Intelligence Applications.
